Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Using my HP laser jet 200 pro lines appear when scanning a PDF or to a Print from my auto feed tray but not manual scan. This has been an issue while using this printer across different Windows operating systems, such as Windows XP,10, 11. Would be good to have a solution for this please.

The autofeed uses a different piece of glass than scanning from the flatbed and likely there is some debris on it. Lift the lid and look to the left of the main glass. Clean with a lint free cloth dampened with window cleaner. In some cases stubborn debris like gel pen or liquid paper might require you to use your thumbnail to dislodge it. Be careful cleaning as most models in this range have a plastic sheet over the scanner glass and if damaged in cleaning would need to be replaced. Also note that this sheet is not removable and if you take it off, the adf will jam when trying to feed.
