When I try to copy a document using the printer's onboard touch screen I get an error message telling me that I have envelopes loaded in the paper tray even though there is letter size (8.5 x 11) paper in the tray. I changed the size of both the input and output to 8.5 x 11 but the changes don't stick.

 

What am I missing?
