ADF is creating vertical lines when scanning . I followed all the steps I could find to fix the problem such as cleaning scanner glass, scanner glass strip, scanner lid,  ADF rollers. I also tried recalibrating the machine, and cleaning print heads. Is there somthing else I can try? I appriciate the help.

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips. Thank you for posting your query. I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

I see that you have already cleaned the ADF scanner glass and issue persists. Vertical or horizontal lines or color bands are typically caused by fingerprints, smudges, dust, or debris on scanner parts. Use a flash light on the Glass ADF scanner strip, to check if its clean or damaged. Even a small speck or a scratch on the glass might produce vertical lines.

Try to scan a blank page and check. If you get 1 or 2 vertical lines, please clean the glass again. Please refer to the image below to locate the ADF glass.

If you have vertical lines all over the page, try printer reset. For instruction: Click here
