Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I get a red line on every page I scan using the document feeder. I tried the recommendation to clean for debris that might cause it, but it didn't help.

Hello @GregH1950 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Please an example upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size at least 200 KB.
But before you must remove or delete the personal data and printer serial number on the printout.
