What operating system and what is your exact operating system versions?

What application are you scanning from?

My iPad is a version 12.1.4 & I’m using the most recently updated version of HP Smart App. I know how to scan multiple pages into a file initially, but I have some scans where Idid individual pages as files that I now want to combine into one file. Thank you.

I afraid that cannot be done using any HP app provided by with your printer, the app allows scanning originals and not to edit or combine existing files.

 

Either rescan your originals into a single file or use an app intended for that purpose, you may search Google or the App Store for any app with PDF combine capabilities.
