Everything seams to work correctly, no jams or errors. The scanned document just isn't straight.

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

I had a (recently retired) OfficeJet Pro 9025 --

I really liked that printer...

 

Printer was always fussy about being kept clean --

  • Sparkling clean = good
  • Least little bit not-clean = not-so-much

The ADF was always fussy about papers - had to be aligned (stacked) just so and the guides had to be tight but "not too much".  Paper made a big difference, too - regular, high-quality decent condition paper scanned better than thin, slightly wrinkled or curled paper.  Glass nice and clean.

 

Perhaps a good cleaning will help --

Be sure to clean the flatbed (glass) to prevent little bits of "drag"
