I can print to all my printers using HP Smart without being logged in, however to scan I must be logged in through the HP Smart app.  Every time I try to login the attempt fails and gives the following code: X-request-id: 8cd47300-12d6-11f0-b40e-59a9bc762b6b.12f49820-13ea-11f0-b40e-59a9bc762b6b.
