Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

This printer is new to me, altho it is out of warranty. I have downloaded the drivers and Easy Scan and the scanner works but when saving (hitting "Send") the only option in the Where category is Pictures and I want it to go to Documents. I have tried going into preferences to change that. I have also spoken to Apple tech support and they were unable to figure it out after 1 hr. I will have to scan documents with a number of pages and need to get them all in the same folder that I can name. I'd appreciate any suggestions that could get me there. I am working on a hotspot and have no WiFi - could that be part of the problem? Thanks!

@Kitkat55

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand that you are unable to save the scanned document.  To get the answer to this question, you can create a folder and save or change the file destination. Refer to the YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQClY5X7hm8 to know how to Scan from an HP Printer in macOS.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
