I have an officejet 4655 printer. I'm normally able to use the app from my phone to scan documents but suddenly the app says that some features are unavailable. What sous I do? The printer is connected to my wifi network

I understand that you are getting "some features unavailable" error.

 

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution.

  • Did you update the HP Smart App?

 

Meanwhile, uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app on your mobile.

This should do the trick and fix the issue.
