Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can print with my new computer but I cannot scan. Tried to update drivers on line but failed.  Can this be corrected or are there no drivers available to correct this problem?

I see that you are facing scanning issues with your HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g.

 

Please download and install the scanning drivers on the windows computer connected to the printer from this link.
