Hi @Trixie17

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like you've already tried a lot of troubleshooting steps for your HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One Printer - J610a.

Here are a few additional suggestions that might help:

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to your computer via USB or Wi-Fi.
  • Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers and check if the printer is listed. If it’s offline, right-click and select Set as Default Printer.

Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor:

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Visit the HP Support page for your printer model and ensure the firmware is up to date.

Test with Another Computer:

  • If possible, connect the printer to another computer to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the printer or your system.

Inspect for Hardware Issues:

  • Open the printer and check for any obstructions, such as paper jams or misaligned cartridges.
  • Ensure the ink cartridges are properly installed and not empty.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
