HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

We had an update with our office Dentrix Dental system, and ever since, I am not able to scan more than one page at a time through the document feeder. It is making my input of documents extremely long winded. It use to work great and now...... I don't know what happened, but my IT guy is clueless. Please help.
