Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi all,

We reset our Envy 5530 and now it won't connect when I click the scan to email button. It just says server connection issue. 

I'm not an I.T expert but have tried connecting again and I had a look into the printer settings but I'm still struggling.

Any help you can offer will be hugely appreciated.

The error description is pretty vague, but some common issues are:

-missing or incorrect gateway address in network settings.

-missing or incorrect DNS network settings.

-invalid authentication credentials.  Check with your email service provider to ensure they have not changed anything.
