Previously I had been able to scan documents to a network folder without issue through the printer directly. Nothing has changed in terms of my network or connections, but every attempt has been met with the error "Scanning was unsuccessful. Try again."
However, I am able to start and successfully scan through the HP Smart program on my computer. I am un-sure how to go about fixing this as my scanner and computer are not close enough to make using the scanning option on the HP Smart program efficient.
