Are there plans to push out an updated TWAIN driver for the HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow 7000 S3 scanner? Our organization has dozens of these in deployment and, like most everyone, when 24H2 was pushed out the scanners could not be detected.  Microsoft has pushed out updates that supposedly fix the issue and from my search many have found success after their respective vendors updated the driver as well. As this model has not had a driver update since 2022, I was wondering if there is any in the works.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow 7000 s3 Sheet-feed Scanner and its compatibility with Windows 11 version 24H2.

As of now, HP has not released an updated TWAIN driver for the ScanJet 7000 s3 since September 2022. This has indeed caused issues for many users after the Windows 11 24H2 update, where scanners are no longer detected due to driver incompatibility


Here's what you can do:

  1. Check for the latest drivers and firmware on HP’s official support page: 👉 HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow 7000 s3 Sheet-feed Scanner Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
    (Make sure to select Windows 11 as your OS to see the relevant options.)

Hi there, I have the same issue with my HP ScanJet Pro 2600 f1. I have the latest software and driver installed. I followed the steps of the linked page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_11638947-11639021-16

Unfortunately it did not solve the problem. Do you have any other useful suggestion?
