Product: HP Digital Sender Flow 8500 fn1 Document Capture Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Win7 recognizes the 8500 as a printer, but not a scanning device.  I can access the EWS, so it's on the net.  Also, I can't complete the software install because of the step to enable WebScan checkbox when I have no WebScan checkbox in the EWS.  I have a feeling that these issues are related, but don't know for sure.  I did upgrade the firmware to 3.9.10 successfully, but still not recognized.
