Hi I have just purchased my 9010 and I'm trying to set it all up properly. I am really struggling with Scan to Network Folder. I can not find instructions anywhere. I have finally got my credentials setup though as i go to do it I get the error "Can not connect to the network, check the network and try again"
I am able to print and scan to my laptop by the normal wireless folder though I really need to set up scanning options so I can scan documents of all kinds to different folders depending on what the document is for.
Please all help and assistance is really appreciated. and step by step instructions would be great even if it is from the beginning of the whole process.
Also if I am at a different location with my laptop and my printer at home on its network can i still have another person scan to these folders and i still receive it on my laptop?

Hi,
Please clarify your operating system.
And for Scan to Folder to work, the printer and computer must be connected to the same network, meaning that you cannot scan to your computer if you are away and not connected to the network with your computer.
Additionally, if you would like to access scans when away, Scan to Email might be a better option for your need, as then you may access if from your email if you are at the same network or away.

Yes, Windows 10 is the operating system as I meant to clarify.
