Hi,
I want to remove the recipient email address from the scanning address book.
From my desktop, I accessed the printer scanner (http:/192.168.0.143/#hId-pgWebScan)
When I click on Email Address Book, it shows message "You are being redirected to a secure HTTPS-enabled version of this page."
When I click on "Ok" then it show error message "This site can’t provide a secure connection uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH "
Can someone help to fix this issue.

Greetings and Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you - What browser are you using to access the EWS page?
I'd suggest trying an alternate browser to see if that works.
If you're using Google Chrome, please try these steps here:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the Chrome menu button. ...
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to System or enter Proxy into the Search settings field.
- Click Open proxy settings.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Check or uncheck the options for Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0.
Also, try clearing cache and browsing history.
If the issue still persists, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps!
Let me know how that goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
Have a great day ahead 🙂

I wasn't able to reset to factory defaults through the web browser due to a setting change I made, so I had to do this one the printer itself.
I performed the following on a p57750
1. Turn the printer off
2. Press and hold the power button for around 30 seconds, or until you get a black screen with the left hand icons illuminated
3. Press the following combination of buttons: Home > Return > Home > Home
4. There should then be an option to reset all
Hope that helps someone (took me ages to get to that point)
