Hi,

 

I have $2000.00 worth of hpHP printers that don't work! I need to get the fax logs from each since they can't print - I can't access them. These are HP 8600, 8610, All-in- ones. Is there any way to access Logs online or send them to a USB plugged into them? Also, does anyone know how long logs are stored? Is it just the last 30 days?

If you connect to network and access the embedded web server you may be able to access the logs that way. Most HP products store a certain number and drop off oldest in log when it fills up so it will partially depend on how many faxes were received by each unit.
