Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have a color laserjet pro MFP M377. When scanning to email it says my username and password are incorrect. I have been trying to access the IP address to open the web browser to update the username and password but i cannot access the web portion to do so. When typing the IP address into chrome,safari & firefox it says it cannot open due to proxy/firewall system. Please HELP as I need to scan for my work.
