Check the Scanner Glass: Make sure the scanner glass is clean. Dust or smudges can affect the quality of the scanned image.

Load the Original Correctly: Ensure that the document or photo is loaded correctly on the scanner glass with the print side facing down.

Inspect the Ink Levels: Verify if there is enough ink in the cartridges. Low ink levels can affect the quality and ability to copy documents.

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and turn it back on. This can reset any software glitches affecting the copying function.

Check for Error Messages: Look for any error messages or alerts on the printer display that might indicate an issue.

Printer Settings: Ensure correct settings in the printer software related to copying. You can access these settings through the printer software on your computer.

Update Printer Firmware: Check for any available updates for the printer firmware, as updates can resolve known issues.
