Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. unsuccessful in trying to scan documents, deleted HP Smart but it will not reinstall.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Please try to reset the wireless to defaults and then setup using HP SMart again. This resource will be sueful:
