Hello,
I personally own a HP office jet pro 8035 printer and I also recently purchased a second hand unit for a business. I am trying to delete the previous owner's email address for the scan feature and I cannot since I don't have the PIN nor access to the previous owner's email address. Is there another way to delete this email? NOTE: I have already performed the "restore to factory settings" option and the old email is still present.

Hi,
Removing Web Services from the Web Services menu and then re-enabling the service by re-registering within the Scan to Email app should clear out the problem.
