I have bought new Lenovo laptop and switched my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage k209 a=z to it
The device printered and scaned fine with old Lenovo Laptop that has Windows `10 instaled as well
With new laptop the device prints fine but it does not scan at all.
There is yellow exclamation mark next to devise icon
I have instaled software HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.6.2 followed the instruction on screen
Software told me to download instalation files and directed me to website https://support.hp.com/pl-pl/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-ink-advantage-all-in-one-printer-series-...
However on this website is only 1 download available which is software HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.6.2 that iI have instaled already.
I see no reason to buy new printer since old one is fine the only problem are missing drivers
How HP wants to be eco friendly company when it forces me to get rid off fine device only because it stopped its support with drivers?
Sure HP you want to sell new products wbut where are so pouplar slogans of sustainability & environment responsibility?

Hi @Damorka,
I'd like to help!
HP Deskjet Ink Advantage All-in-One Printer - K209a driver for windows 10 is not available from the HP website. However, you can use the Windows built-in driver to set up the printer on your computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
