We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We recently changed our wifi to a 5g network. I bought an HP envy 6000 series just a couple of weeks before to help with lock down, but the printer is not supported by 5g. I can connect by USB but not I am not supported by HP smart and have lost ability to scan, which is really important. I don't know how to fix this

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

You can use USB on HP Smart, check out this example:

HP DeskJet Plus 4140| 4152| 4155| 4158 Printer : Connect with USB cable without any wireless network

What's the printer model? Envy Photo series (e.g. Envy Photo 6200 series) or Envy series (e.g. Envy 6055, Envy Pro 6455)

Thanks.
I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
