HI!
I want to change the default names of the "scan to computer" shortcuts. I can edit the default settings of each of these shortcuts ( file size, type, destination folder etc ) but cannot work out how to change the defualt names
Defaults names are
Save as PDF ( i want to change name to "1 sided PDF, single page")
Save as JPEG ( I want to changename to "2 Sided PDF, single page")
Save as editable text ( I want to changename to "1 Sided PDF, multipage")
Email as JPEG ( I want to changename to "2 Sided PDF, multipage")
Everyday scan
Is this possible, and can anyone help - I suspect it is an issue / useful feature for many
Thank you!
Max

Hi Max,
Scanning from the front panel offer the preconfigured scan shortcuts only.
You may change its settings but you cannot rename these, as well only these will be listed on the printer screen and any custom created one would not be listed..
This is how it is designed and it is impossible to change the shortcut names for the printer screen.
