Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I am trying to figure out if it is possible and if so, how to change the filename in the save as jpeg settings on a Hp Deskjet 2700 series scanner. It does it on another device I own and I like how it is done.

So, currently the file name will save as : Scan - 2025-03-07.jpg. But this doesn't sort as I would like it to. I would prefer it to save the filename as: 2025-03-07 - Scan001.jpg.

Everything I try, such as, @date - Scan001 or #date - Scan001 or "date" - Scan001. Nothing seems to work.

Any thought on how to do would be more appreciated. As I have a lot of files to scan as well as pictures. Thanks and Cheers.

Doug
