Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Was using HP Scan.  Was working previously.  Do not use often, but, trying to scan document and now am getting error message - com.apple.imagecapture error 4294957375

I have: 1)  ensured Mac OS up to date 2) deleted HP Scan 3) Installed HP Smart 4) rebooted system.

HP Smart is not responding and am still not able to scan...

 

Any help?

Big Sur version up to date, however, Apple cannot check HewlettPackardPrinterDrivers.pkgfor malicious software and will not open the file.

 

I am able to print to the HP8600 Pro through Word, Excel, Mail, etc.  I am now trying to scan documents as I did before.

When launching HP Smart I get a few seconds of a blue spinning circle and then white window.

 

Any thoughts or alternatives to scan if HP products will not work?
