Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I open the HP home page an hit scan, the computer tells me that it can't connect with the printer.  However, the computer can connect with the printer to print.  And the scan has worked fine recently.  It can't connect through WiFi and it can't connect by cable.
