Everything's been working fine, but all of a sudden my copies are WAY to light!  The printer works just fine, but when I go to copy something you can barely read it even on the darkest setting.  I've run diagnostics and it says everything is working fine and I cleaned the screen, etc manually as well as doing the computer cleans.

I understand that your Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer is copying lightly. I can help you with that.

 

To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done, while the printer is powered on, remove the power cord from the back of the printer for one minute.
