I want to know how to get a fax sent report, but I have no fax settings on my hp 9125e.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
If you're unable to find fax settings or generate a fax sent report on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e, here are the steps to help you enable and print fax transmission reports:

Access the Printer Control Panel:

  • On the printer's touchscreen, tap the gear icon (⚙️) to open the Setup menu.

Navigate to Fax Settings:

  • Select Fax Settings > Fax Reports.

Enable Transmission Report:

  • Choose Fax Transmission Report.
  • Set it to "On" (to print after every fax) or "On Error" (to print only if the fax fails).

Ensure Paper is Loaded:

  • Make sure there is enough paper in the input tray. The report won’t print if the tray is empty.

Send a Test Fax:

  • Try sending a test fax to verify if the report prints correctly.

Note: If you don’t see the Fax Settings menu, it’s possible your printer is in HP+ mode and using Mobile Fax via the HP Smart app. In that case, fax reports are managed through the app, not the printer panel.

 

If Using HP Smart Mobile Fax:

  1. Open the HP Smart app on your PC or mobile device.
  2. Go to Mobile Fax > Fax History.
  3. Tap the fax you sent to view status and details.
  4. You can screenshot or print this as a manual report.
