My printer when trying to copy a document or photo, it prints the document but prints in half of the A4 size paper. the printed document is half the ratio of the original document, it looks like the A4 size paper is halved and printer prints on one half, like it will print on the full page. I have tried various method and troubleshoot many times also reset the whole printer settings. But the issue still persists and also tried contacting hp support but there was no response. Thanks for your help in advance

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer that does not print full page on the paper.
Make a copy on the printer standalone and let me know if you have the same issue. (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).
- May I know which application you are using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hello, Irwin
My printer model name is HP DeskJet 2700 All in one Printer and model number is 4F4A12.
I use windows default print application to print and sometimes HP smart app.
I think it was working fine 2 months ago, I could copy pages/documents with no problem.
I don't think so because it was working fine so I didn't do any changes but after this issue I reset my settings with HP smart app, but the issue was still there.
I mostly use windows PC to print but sometimes I use my android phone to print.
