@Stinky38, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Load the 4x6 Photo Paper

Open the input tray.

Adjust the paper width guides to fit the 4x6 paper.

Load the 4x6 paper face down (glossy side down) and short edge forward.

Make sure the paper type is correctly detected or set on the printer screen:

Tap the screen if prompted to select Photo Paper, and confirm size as 4x6 in.

Place the Photo on the Scanner Glass

Lift the scanner lid.

Place the original photo face down on the top-left corner of the scanner glass.

Align it with the guides around the edge.

Start the Copy Job

On the printer’s touchscreen:

Tap Copy.

Tap Settings or the gear icon.

Set Paper Size to 4x6 in.

Set Paper Type to Photo or Photo Paper.

Set Copy Quality to Best (recommended for photos).

Set Number of Copies.

Tap Start Black or Start Color, depending on your needs.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
