My new Lenovo laptop, running Windows 11, will not scan. Windows 11 system utilities doesn't even recognize I have an all-in-one printer. Everything worked perfect on my old laptop running Windows 10. I migrated everything to my new Lenovo using Lenovo's migration software pre-installed on my new Lenovo laptop. Only response I received was from a HP employee. His instruction specified, "installing 123.hp.com/setup on a Mac"
I do not want instructions for a Mac. I need instructions for a Windows 11 computer.
