This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to print index card on HP Envy 7640 Printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

 

Adjust the Printing Preferences

tab Paper / Quality

Paper Source > Main Tray

Paper Size > Index card 3X5

Media > Matte Greeting Card OR Brochure matte
