Welcome to the HP Community.

If Printer Copy does not provide the "Resize" option on the printer panel,

then the printer might only support "plain"  Copy - no changes, maybe control over number of copies...

Scan instead of copy.

For example...

Scan and save the content

Open the saved file in HP Smart

Print at one of the sizes available.

Use Printer Scan OR Camera Scan

Note that you can click on the Source and change it to Camera / Files (stored images that can be "imported")

After scanning the content,

Select whether to edit the content before printing / sharing / saving

Still not the right size?

Open and Print the content at the size you want / need it.
