how do i scan a document directly to another's email

Hi,

 

You have to set this up first and the easy way is use printer software from your computer.

 

(a) Double click printer icon on desktop.

(b) Select scan to email setup or wizard,

(c) Enter sender's details

 

After that, you can send scanned image/document directly from the printer control panel and enter recipient(s) email address(es) from there.

Hi,

 

This is depending on which email you are using. Please check the following table:

 

    http://www.serversmtp.com/en/what-is-my-smtp

 

If not in the list, you have to contact your email provider to get the right one.
