i am using wireless connection, hp envy 5530 printer with windows 10 64-bit operating system. it asks to place one page on the glass to scan. there is no 'additional pages' button when i scan a page.    i have 11 pages so want it as one document, what do i do?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Have you installed the FULL feature software?

 

If not, the following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

 

Once you have done that, you should be able to use the HP Scan to scan multiple pages.

Many thanks for replying.  I was able to find HP Solution centre on my desktop just after I posted my question.  I used that to do the multiple scan but appreciate you sending a tutorial as that is easier to follow sometimes.  Cheers
