Hi @colnago2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To batch scan multiple pages on your HP DeskJet 2700e series printer, you can use the HP Smart app. Here's how you can do it:

Using HP Smart App

Install HP Smart App:

  • If you haven't already, download and install the HP Smart app from the HP website or your device's app store.

Set Up the Printer:

  • Ensure your HP DeskJet 2700e printer is powered on and connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device.

Open HP Smart App:

  • Launch the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.

Add Your Printer:

  • If your printer isn't already added to the app, click on the "+" icon to add it.

Start Scanning:

  • Click on the Scan option in the HP Smart app.

Select Scanner Settings:

  • Choose the scan source (e.g., document feeder or flatbed), color mode, resolution, and file type.
  • For batch scanning, it's usually best to select the document feeder if your printer supports it. However, the DeskJet 2700e series typically uses the flatbed scanner.

Place the First Page:

  • Place the first page of your document on the scanner glass.

Scan the First Page:

  • Click on the Scan button in the HP Smart app to scan the first page.

Add Additional Pages:

  • After scanning the first page, you will be prompted to add more pages.
  • Place the next page on the scanner glass and click Add or Scan to continue.

Complete the Batch Scan:

  • Repeat the process for all pages.
  • Once all pages are scanned, click on Save or Done to complete the batch scan.

Save or Share:

  • Save the scanned document as a single file (PDF) or separate files.
  • You can also share or email the scanned document directly from the HP Smart app.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Can you BATCH SCAN on the HP DeskJet 2700e printer using the feeder function as I have to scan multiple pages all at one time for my real estate business.

I know I can scan each individual page on the flatbed but please answer the feeder scan question above.

Thank you.
