Hi @EFDChief,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you want to update the email password on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-In-One Printer so you can scan to email again, you'll need to access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS) interface. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
Connect to your printer's network: Ensure that your printer is connected to the same network as your Windows 11 computer.
Find the printer's IP address: You'll need to know the IP address of your printer to access its Embedded Web Server. You can find this information by printing a network configuration page from the printer. Usually, you can do this by navigating through the printer's menu to find the network settings option.
Access the Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Open a web browser on your Windows 11 computer.
- Enter the IP address of your printer in the address bar and press Enter. This will take you to the printer's Embedded Web Server page.
Login to the EWS:
- Once the Embedded Web Server page loads, you may be prompted to log in. If you haven't set a password for your printer's EWS, the default username and password are often both "admin" (without quotes). If you've set a custom password, use that instead.
Navigate to the Scan to Email settings:
- Look for the "Scan" or "Scan to Email" section within the EWS interface. The location of this section may vary depending on your printer model and firmware version.
- Once you've located the Scan to Email settings, you should find an option to update or edit the email configuration.
Update the email password:
- Within the Scan to Email settings, you should see fields for the email address and password. Update the password field with your new email password.
Save changes:
- After updating the password, look for a "Save" or "Apply" button within the Scan to Email settings page. Click on it to save the changes.
Test the scanning functionality:
- Once you've saved the changes, try scanning a document to email to ensure that the new password is working correctly.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
