When i set more thatn one page into the doc feeder, it feeds through fine on the first page and then pulls the second through with out scanning. It does this with every other page. 

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,

 

I see that you are facing paper feed issues with the Officejet printer. I’d suggest you update the printer firmware and to clean the ADF mechanism(clean paper feed and pick up rollers) to fix this issue.

 

You'll find help for performing these steps on HP website.

Hi,

 

Besides cleaning the roller, it seems that the problem is with the seperation pad (the piece of light brown rubber that is pasted opposite the seperation roller - first roller that the document encounter).  Cleaning that seperation pad may help.
