how to duplex scan with m426fdw

hi

i want to duplex scan with the original hp application (hp scan) but the only option is "1-sided'!

all specification tell that this printer can scan double sided and on another hand i use windows fax and scan and another free application and all of this can scan double sided.

the problem is on me, or the genuine application hp scan can't scan douvle sided?

Please try this scan solution:
 
HP Scan Extended

For Windows:   ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

with extended version everything works fine (including duplex scan - my problem).

yes: i now naps2; for me, in my first post means other free app.

Does the extended scan feature work with Apple devices too?  If not, what are my LaserJet options if

I need to scan two-sided to an Apple device?  I own an HP InkJet and this feature is native and it

works well with Apple computers.  I'd like to think the M426fdw can do the same.
