Please help me find my printer/fax/scanner phone number for faxing purposes.  Then, once I have that, how does someone send me a fax and vice versa?

Hi Lolly1951,

➡️ The FAX number would be the phone number on the home landline that you connect to the printer.

  • You can try to use the printer to dial your mobile phone number, go to "FAX">>"Send Now">>enter your mobile phone number>>press black.
  • Your printer will start dialing to your mobile phone, when your mobile phone rings , mobile phone should show the printer's telephone number. Once you get your printer's phone number, cancel the call from your printer.

➡️ For normal faxing, just put the target document on automatic document feeder or flatbed glass. Dial the receipient's phone number and select black or colour to start dialing and faxing. For other fax methods, please refer to user guide.

I tried to call a known fax line and the printer dials, the line indicates a ringing sound for several rings, then hangs

up and the printed message says there was no anwer.  I know that this printer has an its own fax line and does not

have to be connected via a land line  I cannot find where I input the info and was assigned a phone number for the

fax. Help anyone??

Hi Lolly1951,

I believed you've input the fax line number info during printer setup. You can try the following steps to print the "Last transaction Report", The report will indicate the fax number that you input previously on the top of the report.

Go to "Fax" tab>>"Setup">>"Reports">>Print Fax Reports>>"Last Transaction Log">>"Print"

Hope this may help.
