I see that you are facing scanning issues with your HP 9018 all-in-one Printer.

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).

I have tried that twice. Still locked out of scan and my printer states I cannot unlock unless I enter proper user name and password which I never put in. I think this all stems back to an "Instant Ink" issue when I cancelled it. Very frustrating!
