I can't get my HPOfficeJetPro 8710 to reset to a different page size. It's stuck on 4"x6". I've tried all the suggested things to push on the printer and keep getting stuck on 4x6. I want to copy a 81/2" x 11"

Welcome to the HP Community.

 

The OfficeJet Pro 8710 is the little brother to the OfficeJet 8740.

If the setup is available on your model,

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to adjust the Copy Defaults

 

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Copy > Settings > Default Settings / Copy Defaults (wording can vary)

 

 

Example (OfficeJet Pro 9025) - EWS > Copy > Settings Copy Defaults

Example for PRINTING,

Embedded Web Server (EWS) > Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management
