Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you - Are you trying to scan from a computer or a mobile device? What's the operating system installed on it?

 

While you respond to that please refer to the link below for the device you have -

 

Windows Operating System

 

MAC Operating System

 

Mobile device(Android or iOS)
