Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Download and install the HP FULL software solution::

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-8720-all-in-one-printer-...

 

Once installed, start up HP Scan and select Everyday Scan and the File Type to be "Tif"  (Example)
