@BJC-7, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Sure, I can help with that! To send documents to an email using your HP Envy 6555e All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:
Scan the Document:
- Place the document you want to send on the scanner glass or in the document feeder.
- On the printer's control panel, select the Scan option.
- Choose Email as the destination.
Set Up Email:
- If this is your first time using the email feature, you may need to set up your email account on the printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your email address and password.
- You might need to configure the SMTP server settings. These settings can usually be found in your email provider's help section.
Send the Document:
- After setting up the email, enter the recipient's email address.
- You can also add a subject and message if needed.
- Press Send to email the scanned document.
