I had help from HP support over the phone a number of months ago.  I had the page saved to use for the scan but eventually it was outdated or ????.  It would not work.  I am looking for a permanent fix.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

1. Do ensure that the printer is connected to the Wireless network
