I upgraded my firmware to the latest version of hp laserjet tank mfp 2604sdw and now it does not light up copying or scanning and the sheets come out completely black.

2. Check Firmware Compatibility:

Verify that the firmware you installed is the correct version for your printer model.

3. Perform a Factory Reset:

Access the printer's menu or control panel and look for the Factory Reset option (refer to the user manual for detailed instructions).

Tried everything, I noticed the scanner light works in the warm-up stage when turning on the device, it just doesn't when scanning/copying, I suspect it's a firmware issue, but the previous version of it doesn't seem to be available anywhere, thinking of changing to another printer brand if this isn't solved
